Overview

Detailed Description

The NC BCCCP provides free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings and follow-up to eligible women in North Carolina. Services are offered at most local health departments and some community health centers, hospitals, and private physician offices.

Expected Outcomes

Services offered include clinical breast exams, screening mammograms, pap tests, diagnostic procedures (diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, colposcopies, breast and cervical biopsies) and medical consultations.
