The Homeless Initiative began had an inclusive planning process that included representatives from various County departments, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, and cities, as well as stakeholders from business, philanthropy, service providers, and community-based organizations. This collaboration produced 47 initial strategies to address homelessness in LA County.
