This HIA was completed by the Oregon Public Health Institute to inform the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability’s area plan for a neighborhood or Portland.  The HIA addressed how the plan would affect opportunities for physical activity, access to healthful foods, traffic safety, air quality, and community cohesion.
