This resource is a Community Health Needs Assessment aimed to understand and address the health concerns of communities in Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties. The assessment identified three priority areas: Behavioral Health (mental well-being, substance misuse), Health Education (culturally appropriate education, community connectedness), and Access to Care (addressing discrimination, improving system navigation).
