NYC L-train Shutdown: Health Impact Assessment

Cornell University conducted a health impact assessment (HIA) to understand how the 15-month shutdown of New York City's L-Train would affect commuters' health. The HIA focused on five health determinants, provided recommendations to mitigate negative impacts, especially for disadvantaged populations, and emphasized improving transportation access and addressing environmental stressors.
